Join the CSRA Library Association for a tour of the Woodrow Wilson Boyhood Home!
The former home of our 28th president offers a glimpse into the lives of a Southern family with Northern roots in that tumultuous decade, the 1860s. You will hear stories of the South’s secession, preparations for war, sectional division of a Protestant denomination, shortages of food and money, and sacrifices made to support a lost cause. You will also hear stories of defeat and reunion, all which would profoundly affect the 28th President as he served as Commander in Chief during the First World War.
